North Florida Market President at TD Bank

Cindy S. Stover is the North Florida Market President for TD Bank, America’s Most Convenient Bank®. As Market President, she has leadership responsibilities over the Jacksonville, Gainesville, Daytona Beach and Ocala areas of Florida. Stover is responsible for the successful operational management of Commercial banking while providing leadership and guidance for TD Bank’s North Florida overall strategic and market performance.

Stover is a career banker with over 37 years in the industry. Having led Mercantile Bank, now TD Bank, for over twenty years, Stover previously spent 17 years with Barnett Bank/Bank of America, in the Jacksonville area, where she assumed many leadership roles, including Commercial Bank Team Leader and Small Business and Professional Executive Manager.

Throughout her career, Stover has received numerous awards for outstanding performance, as well as various volunteer awards, to include Girl Scouts Women of Distinction Award and Jacksonville Business Journal Women of Influence Award.

A community advocate and volunteer, Stover currently serves on the board and Executive Committee of the Jacksonville Civic Council and on the Goodwill of North Florida Board, where she is also Immediate Past Chairman. Stover is also a member and Past President for the Rotary Club of Jacksonville and is a board member for Jacksonville Chamber and on the Chamber Board of Trustees. Previously, Stover has served as a cabinet member for the United Way of Northeast Florida and is a past member of the WJCT Board of Trustees, the Better Jacksonville Plan Financial Advisory Committee, JCCI Forward, Leadership Jacksonville and served as Past President and Board Member for Ronald McDonald House.

Stover graduated from the University of Georgia where she received a bachelor’s degree in Economics. She is married to Dan Stover and they have two sons, Danny and David.
